Q. Is there a charge for High-Speed Internet Access?
A. The prevailing rate for High Speed Internet Access is $8.99 per day (per 24 hour period).

Q. Does the hotel sell gift certificates/cards?
A. The hotel offers Buena Vista Suites gift cards as well as Vista Bistro gift cards. Both may be purchased online or in person, at the hotel. To purchase Buena Vista Suites or Vista Bistro certificates online, please visit www.crrsv.com/bvs/giftcard. You may arrange for the gift cards to be shipped to you or another recipient.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change, we are happy to accept your cancellation with 72 hours notice at no additional charge.

Q. Does the Buena Vista Suites Hotel allow pets?
A. As of August 1, 2008, Buena Vista Suites will discontinue its pet policy.  Pets will no longer be permitted in guest suites or on hotel grounds.

Q. Do you offer any packages with passes to Orlando Attractions?
A. Yes, we feature 4 night and 5 night packages that include Disney attraction tickets. Additional Orlando attraction tickets available for a la carte purchase at the Guest Services Desk.

Q. What are your restaurant options outside of the hotel?
A. We are located a mile and a half from Disney property offering a multitude of restaurants and we are a short five minute drive from Crossroads which has TGIFriday’s, Olive Garden, Chevy’s, Red Lobster, and more!

Q. Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? or AmTrak Station?
A. While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service, Guest Services will be happy to arrange for a taxi or limo to take you to and from the airport or train station.

Q. Do you have transportation to the local theme parks?
A. We offer scheduled complimentary transportation to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Downtown Disney®. Transportation is available to the other theme parks for a minimal fee. Please contact our Guest Services department for arrangements.

Q. Are the shuttle buses ADA accessible?
A. Yes. Please notify our Guest Service desk 24 hours in advance.
